January has been amazing. I am no longer pregnant, I managed to have a VBAC and I have an incredible new Muse. Our second daughter was born a few days into the new year and I am thrilled. She is gorgeous and amazing already. I know you’re thinking I’m biased, but I’m telling you – objectively – these things are true 🙂
I’m really proud of myself because despite living through this life changing event and being reminded of the challenges of operating on limited and broken sleep, I’ve continued working. I have the added joy of having a two year old who requires more hugs and kisses than ever before now her sister has arrived. I mean, who doesn’t like to be held? Especially when your world changes over night! I’m not often proud of myself, I just get on with it, but this month I definitely have been.
I’ve been doing a lot of colour work, some previews of which I’ll post in a few weeks’ time. I really want to write a post about what I’ve learned doing the colour trials as it’s been fascinating for me. It’s really a blend of art and science. It was and is one of my favourite parts of building these products and brand.
